Contract Driver Associate

Job description:

We are looking for Contract Drivers to join our team and provide safe and reliable transportation services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving their vehicles to and from designated locations, loading and unloading cargo, and ensuring that the vehicle is in good working condition. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and excellent customer service skills. As a reminder, this is a contract (1099) position. All drivers are required to take and maintain HIPAA & Blood Borne Pathogen certification from the approved vendor.

Requirements:

• Use Your Own Vehicle, Preferable a 2010 or Newer
• Valid Driver License (Must be Verifiable)
• Valid Insurance (Must be Verifiable) - Required Limits
• HIPPA & Blood Borne Pathogen Certified or Willing to Get Certified
• Pass Driving History
• Pass Drug Screen
• Valid Registration Sticker & License Plates
• Smartphone (Apple or Android)
• Medical Grade Cooler (Some Clinics Provide Dry Ice)

Responsibilities:

• Attention to Detail

• Follow the Chain of Custody Rules

• Follow ALL applicable traffic laws and regulations.

• Maintain a valid driver's license and insurance.

• Be able to read maps and use GPS systems.

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.

• Communicate with customers in a professional manner.

• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel, and other expense

• Drivers License (Preferably Texas)

• Social Security Card

• Insurance Card

• Declaration Page for Auto Insurance

• Direct Deposit Information 

• Professional picture (light color background)

• Vehicle Pictures (MUST be the vehicle you intend to use):

  • Front of vehicle

  • Back(Rear) of vehicle 

  • Left side of vehicle

  • Right side of vehicle

  • License plates (front or rear)

  • Registration sticker

• LLC or Other Entity Formation Documents

• EIN Paperwork
