Courier Responsibilities
- Punctuality, time management and a sense of urgency
- Strict adherence to safety rules, driving laws, scheduled routes, and other guidelines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Taking responsibility for high-value or confidential items
- Pay Attention to Detail
- Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to urgent situations
- Accurately counting and taking inventory of medical items to be collected or delivered.
- Performing all duties within HIPAA regulations
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Wear proper identification and apparel to service routes
Courier Requirements
- Valid Driver License (Must be Verifiable)
- Valid Insurance
- Valid Registration Sticker & License Plates
- Smartphone
- HIPPA Certified or Willing to Get Certified
- Blood Borne Pathogen Certified or Willing to Get Certified
- Excellent communication skills
- Personal Vehicle (2010 or newer)
- Able to Pass Background Check and Driving History Check
- Medical Grade Cooler with BioHazard Labels
- Problem Solver
- COVID Card (Current)
Preferred
- Knowledge of the Metro Area
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

As Independent Contractors
you will be responsibility for the following:
Taxes
including Federal, State, Income and Local Employment
Vehicle Expenses
You will drive your own vehicle and be responsible for all Expenses associated with operating your vehicle (includes gas, repair, insurance, etc.). We assume NO liability if you are involved in an accident.
Maintain the Appropriate Licenses
Driver’s License, Car Insurance, Vehicle Registration, TWIC, HIPPA, Blood Borne Pathogens, etc.
Communication – Smartphone
Must have a phone with ability to run the required apps
Uniforms
We are required to wear company uniforms when making company deliveries
Supplies
All necessaries supplies and training to complete the job.
